Sessions

Sessions now run approximately 50+ minutes. This enables us to take care of scheduling/payment processing and snack/bathroom breaks without cutting into your session time. To get the most out of your session, arrive on time, warm up a little, and be ready to hit the ground running. 35 minutes sessions will only be offered for two or more times per week; ideally it is designed to work best 4 times a week for those who do cardio, warm up and stretching on their own.

Can Personal Training be Tax deductible or use Flex/Health Savings Account?

The answer yes, if you have a medical condition such as Rheumatoid Arthritis, chronic pain disorder, weight issues, a joint replacement etc., personal training can be tax deductible or you can use your Flex Benefits or Health Savings Account. How? I provide you with a letter and paperwork for your doctor to sign; this then is saved for use at tax time, or presented to your Flex Benefits/Health Savings Account for reimbursement. I also keep track of expenditures and exercises that are done in your sessions, should it be needed for an audit.

As everyone's taxes are different, be sure to check with an accountant to be 100 percent sure you qualify for the tax deduction.

Flex Benefits or Health Savings Accounts are offered through your employer. Most will cover a host of medical expenses that insurance does not. Check with your Human Resources person to be sure your employee benefits will cover training. For more information on these accounts, Google Health Savings Accounts or Flex Benefits.

Commitments

Commitments are a way of getting the most out of your dollar. You commit to a number of times per month, which will be billed in advance monthly from the date you commit. We can adjust the expiration date to accommodate vacations/Holidays. Two items you must be aware of, if you do not fulfill your commitment, you will be charged the full individual session price for all sessions completed in that monthly period. Get out of session Free Card

Because we love our clients dearly and would like to reward you for all your hard work, we give you a get out session free card after 20 sessions completed. You can earn 5 per calendar year, any unused will carry over into the next year but you can only have up to 5 in one year. These are used when your best friend calls up out of the blue and wants to meet you at the time you have your session, you don’t want to lose money but you really want to see your friend, voila! You use your free session, everyone is happy.

Scheduling

We now offer online scheduling; no longer do you have to wait for someone to e-mail you back times that are available, simply log in and book the times you want. If you prefer the same time each week, that too can be registered in the system, for up to 90 days. When signing up for sessions click on the Schedules tab,( notice that the dates offered are for one week), pick the type of session you want, one on one, in home, or ME (Medical Exercise), then pick your time frame, i.e. 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. The scheduler will then show you all the availability in that week for 2-4 p.m. If you want a specific day, then make sure you click the date to reflect the exact date you want. Keep in mind that as we grow, more clients will be logging in and booking appointments, the earlier you register your sessions, the greater the possibility of getting the times you want. In-home sessions take up a two-hour block to include transportation time, so if the desired time is 6:30 p.m., book the session from 5-7 p.m. If you need help with the system, please contact Info@life-energy-fitness.com.

Credit Card Processing

You have the option to pay by credit card, we accept Master Card, Visa and American Express. You can log on and pay your bill on a PCI secure server or in person at the end of your session. The address in your profile must be the same as the billing address on the credit card.

Products

This is a new venture, I get discounts on items from several different companies, I am going to pass the savings on to you. These products are items that I feel everyone should have in their home stretching/exercise program. So take a look, let me know if you purchase anything and the next time we train you can pick it up. Keep checking back, as products will change, I take advantage of good pricing when it is available, so products will follow suit.

Cancellations

Our cancellation policy is 24 hour notice, if you cannot make it and need to cancel you will be charge ½ the session rate. If we are able to fill the spot, you will not be charged (see our waiting list option on the scheduling system). We do understand things come up from time to time unexpectedly, and will review on a case by case basis
